This is the perfect solution if, after Easter, you don’t know what to do with all of your Easter chocolate eggs.
* Dark chocolate (if you also have Milk choco eggs, you can use them, but not to many, otherwise it will become to sweet!)
* Butter 150 gr
* Eggs 5
* Sugar 5 spoons
* Flour a little more than half a cup
* Baking powder half a bag
Whip the egg whites Snow, beat the egg yolks and sugar in a saucepan.
In the main time melt the butter with 250 grams of chocolate, that you previously crushed or reduced to small pieces, a “Bagno Maria” (never over direct heat)
Combine the chocolate, which has become a cream with the yolks, stirring the flour with the baking powder and finally the egg whites, always shuffling from the bottom up.
Grease and flour a cake pan and bake at 180-190 degrees for 25-30 min (oven has to be pre-heated)
When finished, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
That’s it folks! Perfect for breakfast.
